If you wish to engage our services, during Phase 2, Celerant commits to implement all the changes outlined in the business case. We demonstrate that we stand 100% behind our work by sharing the risk, linking a percentage of our fees to sustainable improvements, and ensuring we stay until your Celerant team achieves the results expected.
