Celerant has developed and honed a performance-based consulting process that has achieved a 95% success rate with our commercial clients. We are actively applying a performance-based approach with all of our Federal engagements today. In 2011 alone, Celerant received five letters of commendation from one Department of Defense customer.
Celerant believes in systematic delivery of sustainable results. Our approach consists of two major phases of work. The first phase, the Analysis, is focused on quantifying the benefits and defining the implementation program, the result of which is a business case that becomes the rational catalyst. It also becomes a roadmap that addresses how to drive effective behavior change and achieve the business case by dealing with operational, emotional and political issues. The second phase, Implementation, is the execution of the changes required to deliver and sustain the operational and financial benefits. Applying and translating a commercial performance-based approach offers our Government clients an innovative option in dealing with enterprise-wide cost cuts and efficiency initiatives.
